Product Development
When we develop new products using materials that we are working with for the first time, we assess production quality from every angle in order to continuously manufacture products with consistent quality.
Raw Materials
In order to ensure that high quality is maintained for all materials we use, we perform a large variety of in-house tests in addition to acquiring test results from relevant suppliers. Any problems found in the process are resolved through cooperation with suppliers. This double- and re-checking guarantees the safety of raw materials.
Production
Through periodical checks of every manufacturing process from weighing and preparation to filling and packaging, our operators record and control the status of each process in order to maintain and control proper, safe operations and to ensure that thorough production and quality control are in place. Products are sorted by date of manufacture for storage. Each single lot is subjected to product testing, and only those products meeting the most rigorous standards are shipped to our customers.
Physical Distribution
In order to deliver our products in perfect condition to our customers, we carefully choose packaging materials that resist any environmental changes or impact during transportation.
Traceability
In 2005, we introduced an integrated manufacturing management system to all of our factories which covers the entire process from raw materials and production to warehousing.
Food Safety
In the relentless pursuit of the safety of our products, we strictly observe all laws and regulations concerning food safety.
